Journal Overview:

The Journal of Manufacturing Innovations (JOMI) is an open-access, international journal published quarterly by Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The first issue of the journal was published in 2024. JOMI features original research articles, short communications, and review papers on experimental, theoretical, and computational aspects of materials manufacturing. The journal emphasizes innovation in processing techniques to enhance the microstructure, properties, and performance of materials, including metals, alloys, ceramics, composites, biomaterials, intermetallics, and nanostructured materials. Covered topics include additive and precision manufacturing, casting and forming, powder metallurgy, severe plastic deformation, welding and joining, surface engineering, manufacturing automation and simulation, and green manufacturing. JOMI serves as a platform for contributions from academia and industry worldwide, aiming to advance state-of-the-art technologies.
